How to do nothing

I take 15 breaks during my 5 min study; On 6th minute I realize, I’m destructed and research www “how to be productive”.
after psychoanalyzing my behavior.. I intensely setup home firewall and browser blocking apps for addictive sites like “facebook”.
Meanwhile I make 3 cups of coffee and ask what’s wrong with me?!
Then I learn a new word called “Procrastination” and research some more on youtube and procrastinate about “Procrastination”..
Holly mother of TCP/IP.. I’m doomed!! — feeling irritated.
